What it needed to solve
Women entrepreneurs were piecing their week together across half a dozen tools.

A community inside the product.
A community feed with posts, likes, bookmarks and pinning, so members talk to each other without leaving the platform.
A full content engine.
A rich-text blog with cover images and video embeds, and a media library for images, video, audio and documents, in two streams: Healthy & Fit and AI & Business.

Members ask the Playbook's AI mentor from the same place where they plan their week.
Croatian from day one.
Croatian throughout, billed in euros, served fast from Frankfurt. The public site speaks to the same audience in the same language.
One product, two streams.
Training and business sit side by side, organised into two streams, Healthy & Fit and AI & Business, under one Playbook Method.
Roles
A publisher and subscriber model: staff author, members read according to their role and per-module access. An admin panel covers users, moderation, newsletters and plans.
Billing
Stripe subscriptions, monthly, quarterly and half-yearly, with idempotent webhooks, and React Email templates for welcome, billing and reminders.
Real time
Server-sent events keep calendars and feeds live; background jobs handle email and media.
Language
Croatian throughout and billing in EUR, from day one, served from Frankfurt.
